A criminally crazy researcher, Ryuichi Sakamoto (Chung Lin), moves his brain into a cyborg and quickly carries out a progression of assaults and murders. The researcher Dr. Sara (Hui Hsiao-dan) moves Selena’s psyche into a cyborg named Eve-27, including Sara’s automated right hand named Ann (Amy Yip), the cyborg-robot group join the police power and seek after the criminal Sakamoto by examining a progression of killed whores.
